Court Square is New York's sliding scale law firm. Our fees are based on your income. CSLP is a non-profit and fees are used to cover our operating costs.

**Court Square Law Project will determine a client's income by reviewing the client's past two years of tax returns and past two pay stubs. If tax returns or pay stubs are unavailable, Court Square Law Project may at it's discretion review notarized letters form employers, bank statements, and any other documentation which Court Square Law Project believes demonstrates a client's income level.
